Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Standard Shipping (£12.95)

- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Available for all orders

Free Shipping (Orders over £50)
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
- Minimum order value: £50
- Basic tracking included
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. Some remote areas in Asia and other regions may experience longer delivery times or may not be serviceable.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jacksons Leisure Supplies. If for any reason you’re not happy with your item, you may return it within 15 days of receiving your order.
Return Process
- Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Instructions: We’ll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
- Package Your Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Receive Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days.
Refund Information
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return.
- Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
- Amount: You’ll receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Personal hygiene products (bathroom equipment)
- Buoyancy aids and swimming pool equipment that has been used
- Opened or used absorption fridge units
- Custom or special order items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or incorrect item. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
